Refund information for Direct Dental Plans of America, Inc.

You may cancel your membership with Direct Dental Plans of America, Inc. within the first 30 days and receive a full refund of membership fees paid. The one time application fee is not refundable. All cancellation requests must be in writing. They can be faxed to 303-457-6956 or mailed to:

Any requests for cancellation received by phone that are not followed by a written request will not be accepted. Membership cards must be returned before a refunded can be issued. Cancellations that are requested after the first thirty days, but within the first year of membership will not be accepted. Direct Dental Plans of America, Inc. requires a minimum of one (1) year membership. Cancellation requests after the first year of membership must also be submitted in writing and must reach Direct Dental Plans of America, Inc. at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled monthly payment withdrawal.
